CURRENT STATUS
- Happy New Year! Packages are currently shipping within 24 hours. Please note the upcoming events below. The first quarter of 2012 is busy, and we will be intermittently out of town through March.
UPCOMING EVENTS
- January 7-12 Josh will be in Orlando, FL for Tabimina Balintawak training from January 7-12 with Master Chad Tabimina. All orders made during these dates will be *promptly* taken care of on January 13, 2012. Emails and questions should still get answered during these days. Please visit Tabimina Balintawak and Tabimina Balintawak Destin for more information on this special martial art.
- January 13-February 13 Students will be visiting PlumDragon in Destin, FL for training in Tabimina Balintawak on a part-time basis. Orders will experience very minor delays during these days.
- March 5-21 The Annual Philippines Trip is now fully planned! This is the longest trip yet at 15 full days. Orders will experience delays during this time. Emails will be returned during these days, and phone calls and orders made during these days will be *promptly* address on March 22.

- Herbs and recipes that dont appear on the website. We stock many herbs not advertised due to cost, potency, or obscurity (Hai Ma, Hai Long, Shui Zhi, Bai Hua She/Qi She, Wu Shao She, She Tui, Gui Ban, Wu Gong, Li Lu, Zi He Che, E Jiao, Quan Xie, etc etc) and can fill traditional jow recipes such as Ku Yu Cheong, Chan Ning Tong, Ho Family, and a vast number of Hung Gar and Hakka injury and iron palm jows, and relevant patent pills such as Gold Lock. If youre looking for something you dont see, we probably already have it; our inventory of herbs and database of recipes grows almost daily!
- Inquiries on training opportunities with us; we offer training in herbalism/dit da, martial arts, iron hand, and sports fitness. We also occasionally host world-class martial artists for seminars and 1-on-1 instruction in our area.
