Morinda Officinalis

Ba Ji Tian, commonly called Morinda, is at its core among a number of other Kidney Yang tonics and can be used to help heal/strengthen bone and sinew. Additionally, its use in certain martial arts circles is due also to its ability to remedy wind-damp obstrucitons.

Morinda Root is acrid and sweet, and energetically warm in nature. It enters the Liver and Kidney meridians.
