What is NOT well known are the true amounts of some of the herbs in this formula and the proper herbal preparation methods to make this formula work as intended. LEVEL 1: Very similar to Ku Yu Cheong and Ark Wong iron palm formulas, the small form of this recipe incorporates powerful herbs for early stage iron palm/hand training; these herbs begin the process of strengthening bone/sinew, increase circulation in the hands, and keeping them injury-free during intense training. An engaging, nectareous aroma emanates from the finished product.

LEVEL 2: The big form of this recipe adds sizeable quantities of Bai Hua She, Wu Shao She, and 2 other powerful ingredients to Level 1 that are appropriate for advanced training, including striking of harder mediums. This formula will greatly enhance circulation in the hands over Level 1, and ensure sinews remain supple and charged.
