Homalomena Occulta

Literally meaning "Thousand Year Vitality" or "Thousand Years of Health", Homalomena has found utility in Bi Syndrome in the elderly. From a martial arts standpoint however, this warming herb is used to strengthen bone and sinew, and dispel Wind and Dampness. It is not surprising then that this herb enters the Kidney and Liver meridians.
