The private iron palm program offers the student 4-5 hours of detailed instruction into the iron palm regimen and provides the student with all the information and training methods they will need to go train and be successful. This program includes all of the following:
- Instruction and refinement on traditional warmup, qigong, the iron palm conditioning session, and cool-down routines; correction on technique.
- Insight into modern training methods so you can tailor your program if desired
