Japanese Clubmoss is also known as Lycopodium and Wolf's Claw Clubmoss. Literally meaning "Stretch the Tendon Herb", Japanese Clubmoss is used to dispel wind-damp and relax tendons and sinews. It is also used for trauma-related purposes. Japanese Clubmoss is bitter, acrid, and warming.
