Flexibility Pack
This simple but effective Flexibility herb pack was used by individuals in ancient Taoist Yoga and Ayurveda to help with flexibility training in yoga and martial arts. Flexibility decoction is either made as tea, or like dit da jow (adding alcohol to the herbs and allowing to sit and age). For tea, add 1 pack of herbs to as much as 1 gallon of water (less water produces a smaller amount of stronger tea). Bring to a boil and then simmer for 40 minutes, and strain the herbs. Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink 1/2 cup 2-3 times per day between meals. You can also add a small amount of honey to increase the tonic properties of the decoction, as well as for flavor.
