Amazing stuff. My previous experience ends with tiger balm, which I've used alot for many martial arts injuries and soreness. Its carried me far. After learning about jows I began to search for a quality recipe on the internet and my search ended with Plum Dragon. Its got everything you would hope for in a great jow: a dropper, glass bottle and a fantastic recipe. I tested it out first on a injured finger to see if it would circulate and strengthen it and found that soreness decreased after a couple applications. Been using it steadily with iron palm training as well as a general linament for most everything beyond regular bruising in martial arts. I made a friend massage liberally with it right after he injured his ankle. My friend with the ankle injury found out later he had torn a ligament in his ankle, but in a week he was limping on it and in two weeks was able to train on it. His doctor was really impressed. Draw your own conclusions. I strongly recommend jow now for every serious martial artist, due to its ability to help heal injuries besides being just an iron palm jow.
